Independent entrance for rooms, convenient proximity to NEC, unique honesty bar experience

Noise from traffic can be quite disruptive, especially in front rooms!!! More varied dining options nearby would be beneficial for evening meals!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the delicious full cooked breakfasts that energized our family for the day. The hosts were fantastic, accommodating our early and late travel schedule, which made the entire experience stress-free. Plus, the comfy beds were a hit with my father!

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities on-site.

Consider asking for a room with an independent entrance for more privacy, especially if traveling with family or friends.

I had a lovely one-night stay and really enjoyed the cozy room with its well-stocked honesty bar. My breakfast was delicious and served perfectly. The hotel offers nice spots to unwind, like a quaint garden and a comfy lounge area. If I had to mention a downside, the parking area could be a bit tight, but it still worked out fine for me. 😊

Clean room, friendly service, the breakfast was excellent and the communication with the staff was second to none, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, with convenient free parking available for easy access to explore the area.

Spacious Deluxe Double or Twin Room with a good-sized shower area. Conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to the NEC, making access to events a breeze.

The car park at the rear is a bit cramped for turning, but I always managed to find a space. Exiting the property can be tricky due to the limited sightlines on the road. Those with mobility challenges might have an issue as the rooms are upstairs with narrow stairs, although there may be ground floor options. On occasion, noise from the moderately busy road can be heard, but it wasn't a major disturbance during my stay.

Perfect spot for groups attending events

So, a group of us went for Crufts and our host was incredibly welcoming, helping us choose a place to eat. And when we come down for breakfast, the table was already set with our tea and cereal, no waiting around!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, still acceptable given the quality.

Great spot, lovely owners made us feel welcome. Wi-Fi could be better though.

We had a lovely stay with a very welcoming host. The room was super comfy with a private bathroom and all the amenities you need, like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Breakfast was spot on, freshly cooked with options for everyone. Very convenient location close to the NEC.

we had a super nice stay at springfield house! our group of 5 was well taken care of and the hosts were really welcoming. the room was clean n comfy, perfect for resting after a long day at the NEC. the breakfast was amazin, all set up for us when we got down, and the hot food came out quick. it was close to the NEC, so really convenient for the event we were attending.

only downside was that there ain't many good spots to eat nearby and the location is a bit noisy since it's on a main road.

What a delightful stay! My room was a cozy Deluxe Double with a pristine bathroom and powerful shower, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly cooked to order with friendly service which really set the tone for my day!
